June 6 Meditation Monday: Contentment

breathThis meditation will use guided color visualization and breathing to experience and hold the healing sense of contentment in the mind and body. We all have the natural ability to experience fleeting feelings of contentment, but not for long.

Through Monday’s meditation you will leave with an understanding of how to hold feelings of contentment for greater periods of time.
