What are your hours?

Appointments are available Monday through Saturday from 8-7PM by appointment only. Sessions range in time from 30 to 90 minutes depending on the service provided. Please refer to our description of services pages for further information.

Will my insurance cover your services?

As an out of network provider for most PPO insurance plans, our office will not file your insurance claims, but will be able to provide for you a receipt of services rendered with all the necessary information required for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance provider to learn about their reimbursement policy for out of network providers. We also provide you a receipt for your employee pre-tax flex benefit plan and you can use your HSA debit cards for payment.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks.

How do I set up an appointment?

When you call the office at (904) 992-9930 our office receptionist will be happy to schedule your appointment or answer any questions you may have at that time. Please call the office between the hours of 8:30 AM-5 PM.

How long does therapy last?

Unless there are practical constraints, the decision about length of treatment is made cooperatively between therapist and client. Often, the therapist will have a rough idea after a session or two of how long it might take for you to reach the goals that you set at the first session.
