Hello, My name is Jennifer McGarity

I am a mother of four beautiful children.  I decided to go back to school and get my certification from The Institute of  Integrative Nutrition while pregnant with my daughter.  I studied Food Science and Nutrition at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo California and never pursued a career.

The nutrition that I was taught was a FDA USDA driven curriculum and my passion did not lie in that old way of thinking.  I found the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and fell in love with the holistic approach to health and wellness.  I enjoy educating the power of using “food as thy medicine”.  As a health coach, I integrate all the aspects of how we are nourished.  I am currently studying rehabilitative nutrition which integrates a holistic approach to healing the body naturally.

I educate and empower individuals to take their wellness into their own hands and live life to the fullest.  I have many programs to choose from ranging from detox programs to weight loss.   You may choose from one on one coaching to small group coaching sessions.   I would love to help you get your healthy glow, by listening, guiding, and encouraging you to take control over your primary and secondary foods. Being healthy inside and out through food, relationships, and spirituality, will be a journey we take together.

Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. $150 per month

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

 Group coaching

In addition to individual coaching, I also offer group coaching. It’s a great way to meet new people and achieve your goals as a community. Group coaching clients receive the same benefits as individual clients, listed here.

My next group begins Tuesday, Oct. 1 and will last 3 months.
