This month’s Monday Meditation will focus on healing your mind and body of stress. Stress can wear down your ability to think, feel, act, and your body’s ability to repair itself. Over time, stress may lead to illness and disease. Meditation is the perfect solution to relaxing the body and calming the mind– allowing the experience of peace and calmness. Please join me on Monday, September 28th as I take you through a stress- releasing guided meditation.
